Once you complete payment, you receive a non-transferable, personal license to access the courses you’ve purchased. All course materials—including videos, slides, quizzes, and downloadable resources—are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Course fees are as displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes. Payments may be made via major credit/debit cards or other methods listed at purchase. Eligible course purchases can be refunded within 30 days, subject to our refund guidelines; after this period, no refunds will be offered unless required by law.

All content on Smart Next Gen Ed—text, graphics, logos, videos, and software—is owned by Smart Next Gen Ed or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization.

• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

The platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the course; in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct, we deem harmful to our community or services. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Smart Next Gen Ed is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our site. Changes become effective upon posting; your continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance.
